Confidence Workshop
A one hour SEL workshop for teens to further develop their confidence through the practice of self-awareness, self-compassion and self-love.
Music Theater Workshop
Students will learn a song and dance from a Broadway show and showcase the piece at the end of the workshop. This workshop can be 1 hour to 2.5 hours long depending on your schools need.
Dance Workshop
Students will participate in a workshop focusing on using our bodies to tell stories. They will warm up, create choreography and complete choreography I teach. This workshop can be 1 hour to 2.5 hours long depending on your schools need.
